You must meet Discord's and Roblox's own minimum age requirements (generally 13 or older, or higher where your local law requires) and follow both platforms' Terms of Service to use the Service.
The Service includes, among other things:
The Service is a tool for the Community's own organization and moderation. It is not a Roblox or Discord product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.
The Service identifies your Roblox account through the account you have linked with RoWifi, a separate service with its own terms. You may only link a Roblox account you own. Linking a different account to get around a ban, strike, denial or any other decision counts as evasion. If the Service picks up the wrong account, or you change accounts, tell staff and update your RoWifi link.
Applications and background checks are reviewed by staff. The Service helps by checking things like group membership, previous intakes, grace periods and ban lists, and it can refuse an intake automatically when one of those checks fails. Passing a check does not guarantee continued membership or standing, which stays subject to the Community's conduct standards. If you think a decision was wrong, use the Community's appeal process or contact staff.
Your Roblox group rank and Discord roles may be changed by staff decisions made through the Service (for example a promotion, a prestige approval or a strike reaching the Reserve threshold), and the matching roles may follow automatically. Automation is not guaranteed to be error-free: report a rank or role that looks wrong to staff rather than assuming it is intentional.
Event logs, missing activity point requests, exemption requests, stats transfer requests, prestige requests, recordings and appeals must be truthful and complete. Staff review them, and false or misleading submissions may be treated as misconduct.
In connection with the Service, you agree not to:
The Community may issue strikes, apply the Reserve process (temporary removal from the Roblox group pending activity-based reinstatement), open an Internal Affairs case, place you on the Recording Policy if you are found to have exploited, ban you from its games, or take other moderation action for breaking these Terms or the Community's own rules, at its discretion. These are Community moderation decisions, not legal determinations, and may be appealed through whatever appeal process the Community makes available.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. It relies on outside data (Roblox, Discord, RoWifi and the Community's spreadsheets) that we don't control and that can be incomplete, delayed or wrong.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cipher Interactive is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. That includes loss of Discord roles, Roblox group standing or Community access resulting from an automated step, a bug, downtime, or a third-party service (Roblox, Discord, or any other service listed in our Privacy Policy) behaving unexpectedly.
Your use of Discord, Roblox and RoWifi remains governed by their own Terms of Service. We are not responsible for those platforms' availability, policies or actions, including account suspensions.
We and/or the Community may suspend or end your access to the Service, or remove roles, at any time and for any reason, including breaking these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time by leaving the Discord server; see our Privacy Policy for having your data deleted.
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Meaningful changes update the effective date at the top of this page; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
